Blog v Wiki

Every single day some people following others. Even though it sounds scary - it is true, however, it is not that scary. In fact, millions of people are following each other's blogs, Instagram/Facebook/Twitter pages, or YouTube channels. Actually, blogs are a great way to follow trends, things you interested in such as travel, books, food or business. Usually, it is fun or interesting to read some blogs, to learn more about the topic you like, but blogs are more than that! It can be a safe environment to share information that is hard or dangerous to share in real life such as bullying in high school or distribution of drugs. While reading the article Brooklyn Blog Helps Leads to Drug Raid I understood the importance of blogging. The Future of Old Media

The topic that caught my attention is called The Future of Old Media. I would like to do some research on this and try to understand if there is actually the future for old media since people are really involved with new technology and new media these days. First of all, I will briefly explain what old media is. Also, I am planning to distinguish the new media from the old one and find the advantages and disadvantages of the old media. I guess that understanding of strengths and weaknesses of it will help me to come up with a better conclusion. In addition to that I need to realize the target audience and how loyal are they to the old media. It looks like during my little research I will find much more interesting information that I will be adding to my project.   Olesia Ivanyshynets
